You and Your Health Using Type Effectively to Enhance Wellness With Roger Pearman, Ed.D.
The link between type patterns and health needs invites us to explore our coping strategies, stress management tactics, and wellness behaviors. Central to well-being is the relationship we have with our “type” and with others with whom we work and live. This workshop challenges you to take stock of how your type contributes to and works against your well-being. Most importantly, as participants, you will look to solution-focused behaviors for your type and health needs.
As a program participant, expect to: · Examine how your type patterns influence your coping strategies · Identify the link between type and stress management efforts—those that work for and against your well-being · Enrich the understanding of how your type works related to meeting health needs · Develop a type-health effectiveness plan |
